WHAT IS BLCDC?
In short, we're a volunteer club who that strives create impact in the community in the long run. We want to help others whether it's by preparing affordable food or by making blankets to welcome newborn babies into the world. We love to volunteer because it gives us the chance to be apart of something bigger than ourselves and we hope you develop a love for volunteering as well!

HOW DO I JOIN?
You can either fill out the form on the Home Page or you can just email us to join our emailing list.
HOW DO I VOLUNTEER FOR AN EVENT?
Just email us with your name (legal first and last names), phone number, student ID, year of graduation, and the name of your guidance counselor.
WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO AN EVENT?
Either email us as soon as possible or text one of the officers to let us know!
HOW DO I GET MY HOURS?
Just come to the event and volunteer! We'll deal with the paperwork for you. After each event, we email the event coordinator to get your verification letter. After that, we fill out the BLS Community Service Verification Form for you and we turn it all in to Guidance after each event. That way, your well earned hours are in the school's system as soon as possible!
HOW DO I BECOME AN OFFICER?
Towards the end of each year, we send out Officer Applications to the people on our emailing list. If you wish to apply, then you fill out the application and we'll work out a date for an interview. Don't worry, while an interview may sound scary, it'shonestly not that bad. We're friendly people and the interview would be pretty lax so if you have any interest to join, don't hesitate!
